Customers have certain queries in their minds and they ask questions. Sometimes it is difficult to manage all the questions. So this module provides functionality to manage customer questions. When any customer asks the website product question at a time question email notification is sent to the related user. Select responsible users for email notifications.
Enable Option and Press the 'Have a question?' button to ask a question.
After that one wizard opens, fill in the details, and press the 'Submit' button. (Product Template Wizard)
