Vehicle Assessments
Workflow
The management of vehicle assessment work orders can be categorized into four stages: new, in progress, complete, and cancel.
Vehicle details
Vehicle details refer to specific information related to a particular vehicle, such as its make, model, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), engine number, and other characteristics or features that differentiate it from other vehicles.
Customer details
Customer information management for vehicle assessment typically includes personal and contact details, along with specifics about the requested assessments.
Exterior conditions
The outer condition of the vehicle body can be assessed and managed by assigning a condition code based on the vehicle's overall condition.
Interior conditions
The system allows for the management of the interior condition of the vehicle, including parts, condition, and remarks for each individual part.
Mechanical conditions
The system provides the ability to manage vehicle mechanical parts, including their condition and any remarks related to the specific part.
Tyre conditions
The system allows for the management of vehicle tire information, including the tire location, present condition, tread wear, tread depth, current tire pressure, and the current condition of the brake pads.
Assessment images
