Transportation project and tasks

This application helps transportation companies such as bus companies, taxis, or any personal transportation to manage their daily tasks. The supervisor can easily see the availability of the drivers and assign the work among them. Drivers can record their finished tasks and the accountant can see their timesheets

Overview

Project

Under PROJECT, click on New to add a project such as Transfers, Tours, or Delivery..


Project settings

Under setting add the drivers to the new added project.

add drivers to the vehicle


Add a new task and edit

Enter the customer's details (ensure the phone number is entered under 'customer phone number'), select your fleet vehicle, assign a driver or drivers (verify that the driver is assigned to the vehicle in the "fleet" module)


DESCRIPTION INFO TAB

Write instruction to your driver.


TRIP DETAILS TAB

Fill in the details you wish to include in the work order for drivers such pickup address, date and time; dropoff address, date and time; and the number of passengers.


Print,share WORK ORDER

Print the work order, click on the Printer Icon then choose WORK ORDER


Record the timesheet

Let the drivers record the work report under the TIMESHEET tab. The task manager or driver (who must be assigned to a vehicle and the task) can record the report on the Timesheet tab. The recorded timesheet will automatically be added to the Timesheet module for generating payslips for your employees.

Install free extra addon AVAILABLE DRIVERS to add funcionality

By installing AVAILABLE DRIVERS, you will be able to look for available drivers at the desired time and date for your new task.
