Automatic Unpaid Bills Email with Excel Report Attachment

Automatic Unpaid Bills Email
Send an Automatic Unpaid Bills Excel report on Mail Daily Basis.

Key Features:

  • Configurable Email functionality for Send a mail to inform about Unpaid bills on daily basis.
  • To receipient is configurable.
  • From Email address is configurable.
  • Body of the Mail is configurable.
  • Unpaid bills list, It will get attach as Excel Attachment.
  • Automated daily email functionality.
  • We can start and stop it whenever we want, Because it is configurable.

How it works:

Settings -> Accounting -> Vendor Bills

Go to the Settings menu:

In the Settings -> Accounting -> Vendor Bills Section, Fill the necessary information which is needed to send a mail. Like From mail, Receipients and Body of the Mail
Enable it
Search for scheduled actions

Search Scheduled Actions


Go to the Scheduled actions list view, and search for unpaid bills notification then open it. Scheduled Actions List View
As per your convinient change the date and time for daily email notification. It will start trigger every day same time which is configured.
