Sale order line annual price

On the tree of sale lines, were added the following fields, with the corresponding checksums at the foot of the table:

Weekly = amount X number of selected days
Monthly = amount X number of selected days X number of selected weeks
Annual = amount X number of selected days X number of selected weeks X number ofselected months

And as informative add the new field Monthly quote = Annual / 12
