Stock Inventory Negative Quants

New option in inventories, "Delete Negative Quants". When this check is set, for each line in the inventory, the negative quants will be deleted if the sum of quants is the same as the quantity in the line. When updating products quantity from its form, this check will be displayed in the wizard and it will be loaded in the created inventory.
