This module relocates the Technical Menu for Odoo version 9.0, by updating a module originally created by Ursa Information Systems for version 8.0. This module IS NOT REQUIRED for the Enterprise Edition.

Users can access all Technical Menu items without needing to click to expand them.

Benefit: Improved efficiency of adminstration and customization work because of the reduction in clicking while using the Technical Menu.
