Chatter for Account Move Journal Entries

In odoo for most of the documents(sale order, invoice etc) it provides chatter at the end of the document, but in odoo chatter is not provided for Journal Entries and Journal Items. So this application adds chatter in Journal Entry and Journal Item document.
