Export Contacts
Export Contacts in XLS, CSV, VCF file with multiple formats
This module has been tested in Community version 9.
Highlights Of The Application
- Export Contacts application allows you to export contacts in different files like XLS, CSV, VCF(Contact file) in just a one click.
- To export contacts, just select contact which is the company, and then click Export Contacts from action to download all the contacts belong to that partners.
- You can have multiple option to save file in mutliple format as well as you can select file format also.
- Example If you want contacts to save in mobile contact then you can select as VCF file format, if you want contacts in some business processing like work office tools then you can have two options that is XLS and CSV.
- Here major advantage is you can select needed field like if you want just only name and address or name, address, phone or name, address, phone, email.
Complete process for configuration and functionality explained below.
1. After installation, Just go to Contacts app, in list view select any contact that is company and then select Export Contacts from Action to export contacts
2. By clicking Export Contacts, you will see one window apprear, in that you have to select fields you want and select file format and then click Export button to export contacts in selected file format.
3. By clicking Export button, now you will be able to download file, Click on donwload icon to download.
4. You can see the file, it's look like this. Here you can see all fields that you have selected like name, email, phone, and address.
