In the first place I decided to use this theme, because the content blocks looked like they could fullfill all my needs. But when my first question regarding the theme arised the real power of this theme unfolded. It is the incredible support of the very experienced Emipro Team, that makes this product really stand out! They are always so extremely kind, quick and helpful - way more than you could normaly expect. I already purchased your theme, when I add some pictures for the product description they show no problem in google chrome but with the other Browser it not showing line firefox and Edge and Safari, please advice

I've send email to info@emiprotechnologies.com regarding problem , but sitll no response My problem is all my product that being imported from CSV or add by XMLRPC API wont show ed up at shop page its said no product defined , but if i'm using normal method like using create button the product will showed up at shop page, if i'm uninstall the theme and using default theme my product works normally

Customer purchased theme and gave implementation project to this Gold Partner. Though they have asked for migrate Clarico in V9 from V10, we have overnight worked in Clarico and provided them theme in Odoo V9 after solving every bug due to version change in the same price of the theme. Now they were getting few problems due to conflict with Other Odoo website modules. ( not due to our theme actually ) So Our technical team first tried to solve them but at local side our team didn't get any problem so they have asked for ssh access of the server where Clarico is installed. Actual customer has no any problem but their implementation partner denied us due to security reason. So we have tried to answer them even with email conversations with 50 to 60 times. Customer might have spend thousands of $ but not due to problem with emipro but this "Gold PArtner's" Lack of knowledge in Odoo website. Unfortunately we can't do anything if their implementation team doesn't support us with proper access to our team. No any app purchaser ever complained us anything about this theme that is why this theme came into top selling category. Whoever customer wants to purchase clarico, we first suggest them to see demo and try it with their personalize demo database in our server and if they satisfied then we insist them for purchase. Still our technical team is open to serve to end customer if they wants to co-operate our team with proper access. It's quite logical that customer who faces the problems in theme, they have to do arrangement of proper access of their production environment. At local side working environment is different and at live side due to conflict of other 3rd party website modules, environment may be different. Even working with Odoo's technical team, they first ensure with proper access of production database. However, we gave them free support of more than 50 hours even though problem was not from our theme. We are also reputed Silver partner of Odoo and understand the value and responsibility after selling any of Odoo's solution.

One of our customer bought this module. We ( Odoo Gold Partner) have to say that this is a piece of crap. Half of the features are not implemented as described. Our customer has to spend thousands $ to get us fix it to an acceptable level Emipro never acknowledge the problem. I even believe they didn't understand it I seldom review, but please, stay away from this if you want to save time an trouble

@Maxime Chambreuil , It is just a demo data. For proper demo data purpose only, we have kept it in theme. You can comment that data file if you are using Odoo in live environment. When installing the theme, the record base.main_company is overwritten with Emipro information (company name, address, phone, etc....).

Hello Jonathan, This is not an error. You might not have followed proper instruction for Installation. We have clearly mentioned in the doc that in __manifest__.py file, uncomment the dependencies. ----> Copy those modules from folder "Clarico" and paste them along with "theme_clarico" module. Delete folder "clarico" inside module "theme_clarico". Go inside theme_clarico folder and open "__manifest__.py" file. Uncomment all the dependent modules and add comment to module "website". ----> Still If you face any problem, you can contact us at this link, http://www.emiprotechnologies.com/requestquote or email us directly at info@emiprotechnologies.com Our support team will solve the problem of Installation.
