We have pretty standard website currently using only theme that comes with Odoo. When i bought the theme and tried to install it, it just does not work - 500 error. Do not hope for any good support... or refund, avoid this theme

If you check, we responded to all of the queries in less than 24 hours.

Error details you gave explain that your instance has multiple views for  "portal.user_sign_in". This is only possible due to either malformed data or bad quality 3rd party modules. But we are sure that the issue is not from the theme.

If you recheck our team's response, they already offered you the help to investigate the issue (even if the issue is not from our app). Hope you understand.

I have tested many third pary themes so far and finally found the best theme.

Most of my third pary modules work perfectly without any issue.

If you face any issue with any third party module , This isuue is due to the some third-party modules are not well coded.. 

So question your third party module first if you have any issues?

The theme doesn't work. We tried to delete and create a new page but every time the same error occurs, we are unable to add blocks and also to delete the ones already added. Furthermore, if we activate the cookie banner (and it is hidden), the blocks are added to the cookie banner and not to the home page (as if the cookie bar, despite being hidden, remained at a higher level than the home page).

We asked for assistance but they told us that it cannot be a theme error and that the support for our purchase has expired (we bought the theme weeks ago but we only installed it now and it doesn't work). That's all.

Il tema non funziona. Abbiamo provato a cancellare e creare una nuova pagina ma ogni volta che si verifica lo stesso errore, non siamo in grado di aggiungere blocchi e anche di eliminare quelli già aggiunti. Inoltre, se attiviamo il banner dei cookie (ed è nascosto), i blocchi vengono aggiunti al banner dei cookie e non alla home page (come se la cookie bar, pur essendo nascosta, rimanesse ad un livello superiore rispetto alla home page).

Abbiamo chiesto assistenza ma ci hanno detto che non può essere un errore del tema e che il supporto per il nostro acquisto è scaduto (abbiamo acquistato il tema settimane fa ma l'abbiamo installato solo ora e non funziona). Questo è tutto.

I have investigated your issue with my technical team. We have not made any changes related to the product attributes in any recent updates. The product_attribute_number_uniq constraint error is not from our theme and it is not from vanilla Odoo either. You might be using some other third-party module that is creating the issue.

I have not fully tested  but looks like very Good Theme , leading finally to number one.

hotspot support the odoo database directly which is a good feature.

I hope you canaslo support worldmap feature for hotspot.

There are some issues with the ZOOM image for products. In Mobile and Tablet mode you can't scroll. It activates the zoom! why not use the classic zoom in mobile? It's a very nasty issue. 

A little bit more consistency in applying the same design would be nice. More 3D features and more shadow for all blocks. Either all have a shadow or no at all. 

The rest seems to be very well put togheter. I recommend this theme but some fixes must be done!

Overall very nice job guys!!!

The zoom behavior has been improved now and it has a touch delay so it will not have any effect on the scroll.
