Helpdesk Ticket Type Default Priority

This module allows you to set a default priority on the ticket based on its type.


  • Go to Helpdesk > Configuration > Ticket Types
  • Create or edit a type to set the default priority


  • Create a ticket
  • Select the type
  • The priority is automatically set based on the selected type
