Helpdesk Documentby Odoo Training Modules
If a Customer submits a Helpdesk ticket that is related to an existing Odoo Document, such as a Sales Order, users can now select the document type and document in the ticket. Valid Document types can be configured by editing the field defintion in the helpdesk_ticket.py file.
Note: Apps that would be dependent on the types of Documents you are able to select are NOT installed. You would either need to install one or more of Inventory, Events Organization, Products & Pricelists, Project, Sales, Repair and/or Subscriptions for all Document Types to be available OR modify the field definition to exclude Document Types you don't need.
