Setup & Configuration
Install Odoo WhatsApp Helpdesk Automation Module
From App Menu > Install Module
Set WhatsApp Template in Helpdesk Stage
After installing the module, Go to Helpdesk Menu > Under Configuration Menu, Click on Stages Menu > Select Any Help Desk Stage > Set WhatsApp Template
Here you can Set WhatsApp Template
When Stage is Changed, WhatsApp Template will Send Automatically
Go to Helpdesk Menu > Under Tickets Menu, Click on My/All Tickets Menu > Select Any Helpdesk Ticket > Change Stage
Automatically Send WhatsApp Template to Particular Customer's WhatsApp

WhatsApp Template will Received in WhatsApp
Dynamic WhatsApp Template will received automatically in WhatsApp
