Increments and Promotions
Flexible Increment and Promotion Management System for your Company
Overview
You can create, update and add different employee level, employee level stages, employee level substages for your employees from Increments and Promotions. Alongside employee level management you can also create increment which will be applied from your selected date. Adding Promotion to employees profile feature is also available with increment.

You can add stage and substage percenteges alongside creating new stages.
Generate all stages.
Create an increment and add an specific date from which the increment will be applied.
Select Employees for your created Increment and change the employee level.
Give promotions to your employees.
Contract will be updated while increment will be applied.

Create an employee level
Create an employee level from Employee menu.

Update employee level informations
Add gross salary for newly created employee level. For each stage upgradation, given stage percentege of gross salary will be added to gross salary. Same goes for Sub-stage percenteges which will be applied for half stage upgradation.

Add new stages
Add new stages for your employees.

Generate stages
Generate all stages by clicking Generate Stages button, which will give you the details of gross salary.

Update employee level and level stage
You can select employee level and level stage from employee profile. It will automatically update the salary information.

Create Increment
From payroll menu you can create contract for the employees. Give a suitable name for the contract. Add a start date from which the contract will be applied. Then select "Generate Increment" button. Select employees from the wizard. For Promotion the check will be selected.

Add Increment to Employees Profile
Change the proposed level to give increment to an employee. For promotion and increment check will be promoted and change the employees proposed level.

Increment History
After applying the increment a cron will be run which will update the contract. Increment history will be generated by the cron.
