Saudi Geidea POS Terminal

This module provides integration between, Odoo POS Module and Saudi Geidea POS Terminal without the need to use POSBox.

This module provides integration between, Odoo POS Module and Saudi Arabian Geidea POS Terminal without the need to use POSBox. NOTE: - We only support odoo running on linux environment, we DO NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS - Cashier workstation MUST be windows only, not android not ios - The module only supports USB - We are collecting telemetry data to ensure best support and make sure our module is working as expected without issues, by purchasing this module you agree to allow us collect such data. Data we collect is not related to your personal or customer's personal data. we collect VAT number, odoo version, data about transaction limited to amount, and datetime, data we collect are subject to change and description will be updated.

Dear Customer,

- The module passes the amount to be paid to the device automatically 
- Once payment is done on the terminal, Odoo will validate payment automatically.
- Authorization code and last 4 digits are saved in the database for reconciliation later

we support all cards supported by the device itself as the last 4 digits are returned by the bank if card is authorized

- this is exactly the purpose of the module to send payment amount to the device without manual entry,
- we also save the last 4 digits in the payment entry for later matching and reconciliation

Dear Ahmed 

- you need to install the geidea windows service on the cashier
- install the module in odoo and configure payment method
- each payment method can be linked to geidea device
