Saudi Geidea POS Terminal

This module provides integration between, Odoo POS Module and Saudi Geidea POS Terminal without the need to use POSBox.

This module provides integration between, Odoo POS Module and Saudi Arabian Geidea POS Terminal without the need to use POSBox. NOTE: - We only support odoo running on linux environment, we DO NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS - Cashier workstation MUST be windows only, not android not ios - The module only supports USB - We are collecting telemetry data to ensure best support and make sure our module is working as expected without issues, by purchasing this module you agree to allow us collect such data. Data we collect is not related to your personal or customer's personal data. we collect VAT number, odoo version, data about transaction limited to amount, and datetime, data we collect are subject to change and description will be updated.

Hello,

it is mentioned that The module only supports USB does that mean that I cant connect the terminal using network connection by providing an IP address and PORT ?

Hello Asma, as we replied on email, we support network but it was never tested because geidea has to enable that feature for your organization, and one their conditions is that your organization must be PCI compliant.

If your organization is PCI compliant, then contact geidea and ask them to enable network communication and then we can make it work for you.

Hello, does the tool work on version 16, and can the add-on be downloaded once? I have one Odoo account and I have 5 separate databases

Hello, the module not yet released for v16, the module should be bought once for each client so if 5 databases for 5 clients then 5 purchases have to be made, and also bear in mind that each version is sold separately so v14 will not work v15 and so on.

Do it accept all banks? Ex. Credit card AMEX, debit card BBVA, ETC

Hello

The module only works in Saudi Arabia and with Geidea devices only.

Each provider has a different SDK even in the same country so not all devices are the same,

It works locally geidea does not allow network operations unless you are PCI compliant
