Multiple domain email send/receive

This module allows users to have an email address per company. The email address can have a different domain and a different alias, e.g. a@a.com and b@b.com. The module also works with Odoo inbound email such that the reply to is altered to a catch all address of the specific company. This is consistent with the way Odoo works. The module supports multiple email servers.

How to setup/Demo

Install the module and ensure your companies are setup

Setup outgoing mail servers, in this example we have 3 domains @a.com, @b.com, @c.com.

Select the mail server link for each company,e.g. company A will send out through a.com mail server. (This means company A is able to send as any domain that the setup mail server account has on that mail server - it is NOT limited to 1 domain.)

Users can setup their own email address and signature

Administrators can setup email address and signature from the Users screen.

Or finally the Multi Domain emails can be created through the module on bulk import or manually. - **This is strongly recommended for initial setup.**

You can also see a full list of all domains configured for each company/user.

For inbound email set a catch all domain for each company. In this case it is c.com for company c.com.

Create all inbound email servers as normal.

This shows a test email sent from Odoo using C.com and the return path which is @c.com.

This shows the inbound email within Odoo.

This shows an email sent from Company b.com in Odoo, return path is b.com.

Can you also handle multi domain aliases?
I need multiple Helpdesk Teams, at least on for each company, and the replyTo email address, should use the correct domain.

Is there a plan to migrate this module for Odoo 16?
We are in the process of migrating.

I would feel a lot more inclined to purchase from PR1 if I knew who the author was; if I could visit their web site and see some reviews.

As it stands, there is no way I'm purchasing apps/modules for my clients from an unknown vendor.

Hi, can you please confirm it will be possible to set something like this for ALL Apps in the system to use this :
COmpany 1 :
HR module will use Alias hr@company1.com, email gateway used gateway@company1.com
CRM module will use alias crm@company1.com, email gateway used gateway@company1.com
Company 2:
HR module will use Alias hr@company2.com, email gateway used gateway@company2.com
CRM module will use alias crm@company2.com, email gateway used gateway@company2.com

BasicallyUser receiving email from company2, will never see any email address in email header from company 1(From, reply to, or CC or whatever other fields)
Hope it is clear what I need to reach(all email aliases in company2 should be set to use comapn2.com domain, all email aliases in company1 should be set to use company1.com domain), thank you, let me know

I have only one company on my odoo DB and wanted to link that company to 5 different domains accounts
