Hi, 

I´m migrating to ODOO CRM and need a tool for whatsapp, my needs are the following and need to know if they can be accomplished with your system:

1.- I have several web sites (different real estate projects on sale) and need to be able to formulate a different robot answering depending on the project. I have the same whatsapp number for a few projects and sometimes a different one for other projects

2.- Can I copy paste the robot answering from project to project if needed?

3.- Can I accommodate many whatsapp numbers in ODOO?

4.- Since I have different projects, I have different sales people attending those projects and I have a different salesmen schedule and need the chats to be directed accommodating to the ODOO salespeople schedule.   

5.- How does your system accommodate with facebook? I have different pages

6.- What procedure needs to be done with my whatsapp number to uses your system? does the number get fully kidnapped and can use it out of ODOO? 

7.- Can I attach files to messages as long as they exist in ODOO?

8.- Can I automize messages to clients depending on the phase the clients are moved to in the CRM? 

9.- Can I automize reminders to clients in an easy way for payments? (Eg; when a client has to make 15 monthly payments I need to send him a reminder) 

10.- Do the whatsapp talks with clients live in the ODOO history of the client or to be able to check the talks the sales person has to go out of the ODOO to go in to your platform? 

11.- If I reassign the client to another sales person different to the one the client started with, can the chat history automatically change to the new sales person?

12.- Regarding costs:

    a.- What is the monthly cost and if this is per whatsapp number?

    b.- Are there additional costs per message?

13.- Can it be payed with credit card in an automatic basis

Whatsapp API does not allow you to attach files from third party modules.

You can solve it with our option in Format Message: Link Url.

With this url your customers will be redirected to the Sale Order or Invoice HTML document, where they can view, download and even contact your sales staff directly from the messages section of the document.
